- International : We currently only ship to the USA.
- Actual delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier.
- All pedalboards typically ship via UPS Ground, depending on location.
- DIY Parts typically ship USPS.
Returns & Shipping
- Contact us within: 7 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
- We do not accept cancellations or returns on custom made pedalboards or DIY products.
- If the carrier shows as delivered, then the order is complete. We cannot be held responsible for the shipping carrier’s mishaps. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier to determine where the package is and file a claim.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value plus a 10% restocking fee.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes (VAT) that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
