Q: Do you take custom pedalboard orders?
A: No, not at this time. We are currently booked with several orders for the next few months.
Q: How long will it take to build and ship my pedalboard?
A: Standard pedalboards can take from 2 to 3 weeks. Signature pedalboards can take from 4 to 6 weeks since they are more involved to build. US domestic can take a week to ship, depending on the destination and shipping method. I use UPS ground for USA domestic packages & USPS Standard for International packages. I currently ship to the USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Australia and Russia.If you need a faster method of shipping just let me know prior to ordering and I can make that happen for the required extra cost.
Q: Do you offer cases for pedalboards?
A: I recommend Hitte Cases for all of our pedalboards.
Q: Do you cover pedalboards in Tolex?
A: No, I am no longer using Tolex. Being a wood worker, I really enjoy bringing out the beauty of the wood grain. I choose to use various wood stains in dozens of different colors to accent my pedalboards. Each one is unique and a labor of love.
Q: What is your payment policy?
A: Payment in full is required prior to starting construction any pedalboard order. I accept PayPal payments and also take online orders on our Etsy.com and Reverb.com stores.
Q: Do you offer a refund policy?
A: 14 Day Refund Policy: If your pedalboard does not arrive as described, then the Buyer is entitled to a refund. Buyer must notify Chumleys Pedalboard Shop within 14 days of receipt. Chumleys Pedalboard Shop will provide you a return shipping label. Pedalboard must be received in NEW condition. Once product is received in new condition, a full refund will be issued minus shipping costs. If the pedalboard has been used, such as pedals attached to the deck, Velcro or any other adhesive has been used on the deck, scratches on the frame, damaged and/or missing hardware, then a 20% refurbishment fee will apply.
