Payment in full is required prior to starting construction of any pedalboard.

Each pedalboard is custom made. Due to the Holiday season and weather delays, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for build time and shipping. Our standard domestic shipping method is UPS Ground. Our standard international shipping is USPS Standard International.

14 Day Refund Policy: If your new pedalboard does not arrive exactly how it was ordered, then the Buyer is entitled to a full refund. Buyer must notify Chumleys Pedalboard Shop within 14 days of receipt. Chumleys Pedalboard Shop will provide you a return shipping label. Once product is received, a full refund will be issued.
